Get Lean With Non-Dairy

A brand new category of products has started to hit the market. The demand for Non-Dairy products is continuing to increase so they keep creating more products to fill the demand.

I was at the grocery store doing my regular shopping. I stay on the outside perimeter of the store because that’s where all the healthy items are located as I’m sure you already know.

I try to limit my my dairy intake but every now and then I like to have a Greek Yogurt. It has a great source of protein up to 19 grams per container, and because I am slightly lactose intolerant it sits well in my stomach..fat loss

To my surprise I found a couple new dairy options I wanted to recommend in addition to Greek yogurt.

1. So Delicious Dairy Free – Cultured Coconut Milk Yogurt
It has a great taste and it made with completely non-dairy ingredients. The only negative I have to this product and some of the other options are that they have a lot of sugar and very low protein source.
2. Oikos Hot New Triple Zero

This product is great because it has a good source of protein starting at 15g per container. The triple 0 makes this a winning dairy yogurt to pick from as it has 0 sugar added, 0 artificial sweeteners, and 0 fat. The only downside is that it has diary and is not diary free.

You have to know your body and if diary effects you negatively like it does me then limit you diary intake and even replace it completely with a diary free alternative. Now just because it’s dairy free doesn’t make it health in the case it has WAY to much sugar.
